HL-400WA laser welding machine is a device that uses a pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064nm generated by a laser to irradiate the surface of the workpiece after beam expansion, reflection, and focusing. The surface heat is guided to the interior for diffusion through thermal conduction. By precisely controlling the width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency of the laser pulse through digitization, the workpiece is melted to form a specific molten pool, thereby achieving laser welding of the workpiece and achieving precision welding that cannot be achieved by traditional processes.
